September 10, 2019. Duck Day Manila was held at Conrad Hotel and Resort made possible by Bangkok Ranch Group and Donny’s Choice Seafoods. The event introduced guests to different meal preparations using duck meat. Among the chefs who showcased their own creativities and twists were Chef Gene Gonzales, Chef Willment Leong, Chef Choi, Chef Rosebuz Benitez and Chef Boy Logro.
Generally, Filipinos love chicken. You can see it on most of the dishes served at home or in the restaurants. Talk about the all time favourite – chicken adobo. It is not surprising if duck meat will soon become a Filipino kitchen staple.

Duck Pastrami Sandwich Wrap
1 pc Tortilla Sheet
50g Duck Pastrami (Sliced)
1 tbs Mayonnaise
1 tsp Yellow Mustard
8 g Onion (Sliced)
5g Green Oak Leaf
2 pcs Tomato (Sliced)
- Lay the tortilla sheet on a plate then put green oak leaf, sliced duck pastrami, onion and tomato
- Put the mayonnaisse and yellow mustard over the tortilla
- Roll the tortilla and cut in half
